Year Round Experience for Young Adults!
YouthWorks is a program funded through Commonwealth Corporation with the goal of helping teens and young adults develop skills and experience needed to find and keep jobs. Participants live in Merrimack Valley Area and are between the ages of 14-25 and commit to 100-125 hours of Year Round programming starting at the end of October – beginning of November.
As part of their Year Round experience, participants are required to complete Signal Success workshops/activities geared towards job and career readiness. Signal Success Modules are mostly completed after work hours and MassHire pays for participant modules at the end of their Year Round experience. Extra Signal Success activities may occur during programming.
If YOU live in the Merrimack Valley and are between the ages of 14-25, you may be eligible to partner with our private, non-profit, or public employers. You must be eligible to work in the United States and meet income eligibility as required through our programming. If you’re interested in applying, click HERE!

- Attend PAID Signal Success Workshops for job readiness
- Choose a job that is YouthWorks approved!
- Participate for up to 6 weeks during the summer (July-August)!
- Work between 10 – 25 hours per week!
- Go to work and get paid $$$!
