MassHire MVWB’s Youth Team serves 16 cities/towns in the Merrimack Valley with career exploration programs and initiatives to help youth in our communities build their path to success.
Success Stories
Ashton, a Triton Regional High School Senior worked at Anna Jaques Hospital in Newburyport MA, through our summer YouthWorks program! He graduated high school and is now studying to work in the medical field at University of New England!
Raidy, a Greater Lawrence Techical School Senior worked at Lawrence General Hospital in Lawrence MA, through our summer YouthWorks program and has been doing so for the past 3 years! He is a certified Medical Assistant and works as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS. “The work experience I have gained as a volunteer at LGH has been such a great resume booster in my search for employment. Soon, I will be attending a 4-year college, seeking a Bachelor’s degree in Biology to pursue a Premedical track. As my journey begins, I am excited to implement all the skills I have acquired through this program into my career path!
